Booking Policies
Please read before booking an appointment.
- Booking fee policy: A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee reserves your date and time and is applied toward your total on the day of service. This is non-refundable under any circumstance unless we need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations/rescheduling policy: We kindly ask for at least 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Please message us on our instagram @Auraclinicmcr
- You can cancel/reschedule your appointment free of charge with the same deposit anytime up to 48 hours before your appointment
- Rescheduling less than 48 hours = loss of deposit/ booking fee, A new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment.
As a beauty professional, we reserve your appointment exclusively for you. Late cancellations leave gaps that can’t be filled, affect my income, and impact other clients waiting for appointments. This policy ensures fairness and allows my business to operate smoothly.
- Cash only policy: Please note that we are a cash-only clinic. Appointments must be paid in cash at the time of service. Thank you for your understanding.
- +1’s policy: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive alone to your appointment. Additional guests, including children, are not permitted in clinic as the clinic can get busy & we don’t always the have space.
- Age Requirement policy:
Clients must be 18+ for all injectable and aesthetic treatments.
ID will be requested please bring this with you.
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes No mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or under-eye product. Residue affects retention = your lash extensions may not last as long as expected at no fault of ours.
- Wash your lashes before your appointment A gentle lash shampoo or oil-free cleanser works best.
- Remove contact lenses Bring your case and solution—lashing with contacts in can cause irritation.
- Avoid caffeine 2–3 hours before It reduces eye fluttering and helps you relax.
- Come with a clear idea of the style you want Bring inspo photos if needed—wispy, natural, mega volume, etc.
- Use the restroom beforehand This helps you stay comfortable during the service.
- Don’t wear makeup around the eyes Mascara, liner, and oily products cause poor retention.
- Stay Hydrated Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment. Hydrated skin responds better to treatment.
- Eat normally Have a light meal beforehand to avoid feeling faint or light-headed during treatment.
- Arrive With a Clean Face Please come with no makeup, especially around the treatment area. Clean skin reduces infection risk.
- Inform Your Practitioner Tell your injector if:
- You’re pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have any medical conditions
- You’re on any medications
- You’ve had previous reactions
- Don’t Drink Alcohol 24–48 Hours Prior Alcohol increases your risk of bruising and swelling.
- Don’t Plan This Right Before a Big Event Bruising, swelling, or tenderness can occur. Schedule treatments at least 2 weeks before major events.
- Use the restroom beforehand This helps you stay comfortable during the service.
